On 5 June, the Fressnapf Group celebrated the opening of its first store in the Netherlands under the name Maxi Zoo in Maastricht. This was followed by the opening of another store in Coevoerden on 19 June. With the new 800 square metres Maxi Zoo stores in the Netherlands, the company is continuing to expand its business in Europe and is setting standards in pet retailing with a modern store concept. The experts at umdasch The Store Makers also have reason to celebrate, as they have been supporting the international rollout of the Future Store concept on the shopfitting side not only in the Netherlands, but also in five other European countries since January 2024.

After several months of construction, a new BILLA Corso opened on 24 April 2024 on Sieveringer Strasse in Vienna's 19th district. The striking highlight of the new store is the exclusive "Parisian chic" shop design, especially the wine bar, which was custom-made by umdasch The Store Makers and provides a fitting stage for fine wines.

In December 2023, London's luxury department store, Harrods, unveiled two new womenswear rooms dedicated to occasionwear and swimwear, as part of its redevelopment project at its Knightsbridge home. umdasch The Store Makers was entrusted with bringing Harrods’ vision to life – implementing the shopfitting based on a concept by David Collins Studio. The result sets the stage for an ideal shopping experience tailored to special occasions.

After a construction period of about one and a half years, a brand new, state-of-the-art INTERSPAR hypermarket has been built at the popular EUROSPAR location. For the umdasch Store Makers in Leibnitz, this was a double pleasure, as they were able to accompany the project in their home town as shopfitting partners.

EuroCIS, the international trade fair for retail technology, took place in Düsseldorf from 27 to 29 February. As one of the leading providers of integrated shopfitting solutions, umdasch The Store Makers were there to present their latest developments for optimising retail processes.

After five months of renovation, the EUROSPAR in the Rheincenter Lustenau has reopened its doors. The shopfitting for the 2,000 square metre shopping experience came from umdasch The Store Makers.

After a two-year renovation phase, the "Centre Bahnhof Biel-Bienne" in Switzerland celebrated its grand reopening on 28 November. A Coop-Megastore was also opened in the shopping centre - with shopfitting by umdasch The Store Makers.
